Finland's leading financial media, Kauppalehti, has awarded Impec Oy the 2026 "Growth Company" and "Achievers Company" certificates.

These recognitions are granted only to a small number of Finnish companies that demonstrate:

- Faster-than-average growth

- Strong financial performance

- Healthy balance sheet and financing structure

- Adequate liquidity

These recognitions strengthen our position as a responsible and financially stable partner.

We have started centralized reception of vehicles arriving from Europe at SE Mäkinen Logistics' terminal in Vantaa (Lamminsuontie 1). 

All vehicles arriving in Finland are received, inspected and directed to customers from this centralized logistics hub. Centralized reception enables a consistent inspection and documentation process for all vehicles. 

We have also established cooperation with SE Mäkinen for vehicle deliveries to our customers' locations.

Impec's revenue for the 2025 financial year was €15.7 million, with an EBITDA of €298 thousand. Net profit after taxes and financial items was €207 thousand.

Revenue growth of 19% together with improved solvency and liquidity strengthens our position as a growing European B2B vehicle trading company.

The results confirm the effectiveness of our strategy: controlled profitable growth, strong risk management and disciplined capital allocation.

During the spring we strengthened our cross-border vehicle sourcing processes by introducing additional manual and system-based verification checks, as well as enhanced documentation archiving.

The strengthened operating model supports controlled growth and reduces risks for all parties involved in cross-border vehicle transactions.

In spring 2025 we established our German subsidiary Impec Germany GmbH. The local company strengthens our position in the German market and enables more efficient cooperation with OEM and wholesale distribution channels.

Impec's revenue for the 2024 financial year was €13.2 million, with an EBITDA of €184 thousand and net profit after taxes and financial items €112 thousand.

The year focused on growth and investment in our operating model, meaning that not all benefits had yet fully materialized during 2024.
